Teresa Badem

Teresa Badem graduated from high school near Cologne in 2013 and, after a year of work and travel in Australia, moved to Munich to complete an apprenticeship as an event manager at Meplan GmbH, a subsidiary of Messe München. Teresa then gained further practical experience on the Canary Island of Fuerteventura and in Sri Lanka, where she worked in various surf schools.

In order to expand her practical knowledge, she began studying business administration with a focus on marketing in 2020, initially at the IBA in Cologne, before switching to a distance learning course at the IUBH, which she will complete in 2024. At the same time, she was able to deepen her experience in the areas of social media management, customer relations, online marketing, e-commerce and strategy consulting through her work in a start-up and a management consultancy and also started her own business in 2022 with the social media knowledge she had acquired.

Teresa has been working completely remotely since 2020 and has been living on Fuerteventura again since 2022, where she loves to spend her free time surfing on and in the sea. Through her stays abroad and remote work/studies, Teresa learned early on to work independently and in a disciplined manner. Teresa has now been contributing her valuable experience as an Executive Assistant in Marketing at F&P AG since April 2024.
