Marita Mogensen has a banking background and, after eleven years in various functions at Deutsche Bank AG, has continued her career at various companies, mostly in the tech environment and with an international background. She has worked in HR for over 20 years, mainly in dynamic and changing companies, including around 15 years in management positions. She has been self-employed as an HR consultant since 2019 and uses her expert knowledge very successfully in HR projects and in HR interim management in leading positions at medium-sized organizations.
Marita is someone who has the “big picture” of a company in mind and sees herself as a consultant and sparring partner in equal measure. Her expertise focuses on strategic/conceptual as well as operational issues, each of which is tailored to the company and its orientation. Marita is a sought-after contact when it comes to the implementation and optimization of structures and processes in the HR area; she also initiates and accompanies change processes as well as topics in organizational and personnel development. Companies value her highly for her many years of HR expertise, her entrepreneurial perspective and her cultural experience, not to mention her fresh and humorous approach.
Thanks to her training as a coach, she knows how to “pick up” and accompany people in different situations, which perfectly rounds off her expertise in HR. Marita is very interested in art, especially modern painting. She also enjoys traveling to get to know other cities, cultures and people.
