F&P ExpertJudith Goldmann
Judith Goldmann is an expert in restructuring, change management, turnaround and process management. She specializes in supporting major personnel measures both in Germany and internationally. As an HR expert, she has both the employment law and psychological knowledge required for sustainable success. She has experience in planning, negotiating with social partners and the practical implementation of critical change projects. Coming from the shared service environment, she is an expert in the relocation of IT, finance and HR services to Eastern Europe.
For Ms. Goldmann, setting up and implementing initiatives for process optimization, automation and the associated cultural change are critical success factors in every transformation project. She was Vice President for HR and finance functions in the corporate environment of telecommunications and information technology and can look back on several years spent abroad in other European countries. She is a successful interim manager for medium-sized companies, particularly in the field of HR operations.
As a certified aptitude diagnostician and lecturer in business and corporate ethics, she complements her practical experience with academic expertise.
