F&P Executive Solutions AG is pleased to welcome three new Associate Partners and one new Young Professional to its ranks. With Stefan Ekimov, Lennard Wehrmeyer and Jan Brandt, we are gaining experts who will strengthen our company in various areas. We are also delighted to welcome Nina Kochte to our marketing team. The new additions stand for innovation, expertise and a breath of fresh air, which will strengthen F&P AG in its future direction.

Jan Brandt: Industry expert for Automotive & Mobility

Jan Brandt has been part of F&P Executive Solutions AG since August 2024 and takes over the management of the Automotive & Mobility industry group. Jan is a trained mechanical engineer and business graduate with over 17 years of experience in national and international management functions, primarily at the BMW Group. He has been working as a consultant and interim manager since 2009 and is a specialist for critical company phases and restructuring.

“With Jan Brandt, we are gaining an experienced expert who is not only very familiar with the automotive industry, but who can also provide significant impetus in transformation processes,” says CEO Bernd Fischer. Jan Brandt supports companies in restructuring and revitalization and is an important sparring partner in challenging times. His in-depth knowledge of M&A, corporate succession and turnaround processes make him a valuable addition to our team.

Stefan Ekimov and Lennard Wehrmeyer: Digital natives in the consulting sector

Stefan Ekimov and Lennard Wehrmeyer have been part of our consulting team since September 2024 and bring extensive expertise in the field of digitalization. The two founders of Netsome GmbH, which they established in 2023, enrich F&P AG with their innovative approaches and a fresh perspective on the challenges of digital transformation.

CEO Bernd Fischer is enthusiastic about the new additions: “With Stefan and Lennard, we are focusing on forward-looking approaches. They bring innovative ideas and technology-based strategies that will have a lasting impact on our consulting team.” Their experience in the start-up sector in particular will enable them to bring practical and visionary impulses to the collaboration with our clients.

Nina Kochte: A young addition to the marketing team

We can also announce a promising addition to our marketing team: Nina Kochte has been part of our team since August 2024. With a degree in International Business Administration from the University of Tübingen and international experience from internships and a semester abroad in Mexico, Nina has a deep understanding of global business processes and intercultural communication.

Her marketing skills and international perspective will help us to make our communication even more effective and to successfully implement new projects.
