Following yesterday’s meeting of the “Restructuring + Insolvency Consulting” professional association of the Federal Association of German Management Consultants (BDU) e. V. with such highly topical issues as “Current challenges in restructuring from a banking perspective” and “Interim management in the event of restructuring: the conflict between bogus self-employment and temporary work”, our Senior Partner Moritz Jaeckle today at the BDU’s refurbishment conference.

Here again, hot topics that are currently occupying everyone working in the field of “management in crisis”.

After an inspiring welcome by Jessica Hirsch from Distressed Ladies – Women in Restructuring and Burkhard Jung from Deloitte, the topic of “Ecological restructuring of the economy – what will it cost us?” was immediately addressed. In view of empty coffers and high prices, this is a question that many people are asking themselves – even if they are not involved in crisis management.

After the exciting presentation on the case of a project developer of #realestate, a panel discussion led us under the as always great moderation of 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘂𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗹𝗲𝗿 into the multi-crisis environment and its impact on the restructuring situation. Lots of good ideas and food for thought!

The article on “AI in restructuring” has prepared THE current trend topic in an understandable and excellent way, good inspiration for daily work! Thanks to Katherina Gasser and Sebastian Paas from PwC Germany!

All in all, it was an all-round successful conference with lots of impulses for F&P Executive Solutions and inspiring discussions – thank you to everyone involved!
