Ulrich Siggemann is an expert in restructuring, performance improvement, implementation of warehouse management systems as well as reorganization with corresponding change management processes. He is characterized by his high competence in dealing with medium-sized structures and corporate groups.

As a consultant and project manager, he is an expert in the field of warehouse and retail logistics (stores, e-commerce, transports) with Europe-wide logistic solutions and delivery concepts (B2B and B2C). He has been at home in the world of contract logistics / logistics services for many industries with well-known brands for years.

Mr. Siggemann has been very successful as managing director and director for leading logistics service providers and trading houses in the field of logistics.

One of his main focuses is the implementation of warehouse management systems (e.g. SAP EWM, INCONSO) in ongoing operations and new construction projects in Germany and Europe. He has carried out reorganizations with necessary change management processes also in cooperation with employee representatives. As head of sometimes very large logistics organizations, the experienced restructuring expert has secured logistics locations through turnaround measures.

Mr. Siggemann has been working successfully for international logistics and retail companies for more than two decades in a wide variety of management positions.

From August 2022, Mr. Siggemann will actively staff F&P projects as an interim manager/ consultant as an associate partner at F&P Executive Solutions AG.
