Project description
- Joint management of the group of companies with the two existing managing directors, who are also minority shareholders
- Responsible implementation of the defined restructuring projects (warehouse, IT, cost reduction) from restructuring reports
- Coordination of restructuring measures in the current business and development measures of the Fruit & Vegetables subgroup
- Responsible for identifying and implementing further cost-cutting potential
- Define and implement measures to optimize the wholesale market
