- Head of People & Culture and Managing Director had left the company
- “Interception” and intensive support of the HR team and local managers and employees required
- Complementing and supporting the German leadership team to manage the organization
- Work closely with the EU Workstream Team and Legal (internal & external) to prepare and execute an unplanned job transition
- Cooperative and trusting collaboration with the works council
Result
- “Catching up” the HR team and generating a strong basis of trust after the departure of both members of the Executive Board
- Effective and successful collaboration with the German Leadership Team
- Strong and trustworthy contact person for all employees during the change process
- Realization of the transfer of operations on the set date
