Project description
- The HR manager should limit herself to day-to-day operations, handle the relevant cases and be coached in prioritization and leadership
- Selection, procurement and integration of the software was the responsibility of the project lead
- Analyze HR processes to identify “time thieves”, optimize communication with employees and improve the image of the HR department
- Recruiting was too slow, there were no evaluations, the employer brand was blurred
Result
- First, a recruiting tool was installed within three months
- An HRIS compatible with DATEV was selected, the company agreements were concluded and introduced within six months. The personnel files were digitized
- A new duty roster/time recording system was set up and employees were trained on this, docking onto the HRIS
- Fully integrated, digital employee lifecycle within 12 months, significantly increasing the efficiency of the HR department
- Improvement of individual HR processes by a time factor of 10
- Communication of the HR department measurable through ticket system
- Critical, vacant positions filled in a short time
